I doubt it's worth much, because I dont know if I've EVER seen a necro that focuses on soul reaping, and I'm pretty knowledgeable, being that I'm a necro. But I have no idea on the gold value if there is one. It's got nice mods, except the -1 regen, and the Health +30 is nice too.
