Tiger's Fury: Widely used to enhance certain spike builds..etc....
TO THE POINT_____________
why is this in the beast mastery attribute? I'd think it would be wilderness survival or at least expertise.
Does anyone have an explanation?

There's a practical and a aesthetic reason for this, I think -
1. If Tiger's Fury were linked to Expertise or Wilderness, bow rangers would be able to use it without spreading their attributes very much, making them incredibly powerful (and possibly overpowered). It's in Beast Mastery to make sure rangers don't abuse the skill and have to lower their damage a little to make use of it. I would very much like it if it became Expertise or Wilderness linked though...
2. It *is* called "Tiger's" Fury, which says to me that the character becomes imbued with the ferocity of a tiger while he uses the skill. That sort of thinking places it's linkage with the taming of and attunement to an animal, hence the Beast Mastery linkage.

Although "Serpent's Quickness" is in Wilderness Survival. It's purely the balance thing.

Regardless, Tiger's Fury is one of my favorite skills. Not only does it activate the damage mod of my Stinger, but helps get the shots off faster. With the increase, I gain the 10% armor penetration with little to no worries about the speed of the shot. Works for me. ^_^

It's even better now that pet attack skills are "shouts" so you are no longer "interrupted" when you cast pet skills! You can easily combo Tiger's Fury with Read the Wind + pet skills to do deal great damage. Or if you spread your points out, you can do Tiger's Fury + Kindle.
The 5s skill disable of non-attack skills doesn't seem that bothersome to me.

That 5s disable isn't very annoying anymore, now that Pet Attacks arn't disabled.
