What happens if I skill on "Weaken Armor"

Do the ammount of the spell seconds increase or the enemy's effective armor decrease ?

Whatever the color is in the spell changes. If it says:
"Target loses 20 armor for 10 seconds. (Uses whatever skill.)"
When you put points into that skill, it will raise the armor loss and not the time.
This is just an example, if theres nothing highlighted in the skill, then there is no change no matter how many points you put into any skill.
