Possible Pet Bug

I finally got my bear up to lvl 20 today, but it hasn't changed size in a long time, if at all. I have seen bears at lvl 14 which are bigger, and the lvl 20 bears are about twice as big. Also the name on my bear never changed, it is still black bear, not dire/elder or hearty/playful. I was wondering if any one knows why this happened, or if it has happened to them. I tried asking Guild Wars, but they said they wouldn't respond to individual gameplay questions, so I am asking you guys! Thanks, alot.
