since you dont need the wand for the dmg, but for the bonus then check this.

if this had req. 7 it would be 100% perfect... so I guess its only 97%

55hp is much more effective using a sword with +20% enchant pommel. You get longer enchants for SoJ and Bonettis charges quicker when you belt stuff.
