actually, the axe (quest reward) was and still is:

battlepick
6-16 dmg req 3
+25 health
+15% dmg to charr

the two mods are axe grips, so adding two axe grips of enchanting +20% = 40% enchants.

this is a quest reward - people are adding the mods to get the enchant axe, there is no nerfed item (YET, haha).

know what you're lookin for beforehand...

it was the quest item in the quest "Scavengers in Ascalon" and the quest item hs now been modded to give +25HP instead. If anyone has the item from before they updated it - I'll buy it
