I was wondering a few things mostly involving elementalist skills;

If you use Glyph of Renewal, then Arcane Echo, when it ends will arcane echo recharge immediately?

If you use both glyph of sacrifice and glyph of renewal, will renewal cancel out the effects of sacrifice?

Does each strike of meteor shower knock down for three seconds? Does the target get a chance to move?

Do Stoneskin gloves affect spell knockdowns?

If you knock someone down and they haven't finished getting up, does it knock them down again?

Not sure about the other ones, but meteor shower definitely doesnt knock down for 3 seconds. You can get up and move out of it.

The gloves affect skills for which the KD period is unspecified. I believe the KD is increased 1 second.

Glyph of Renewal recharges Arcane Echo immediately after using it, so you could echo Arcane Echo if you wanted to. If you echo another spell, when the 20 seconds is up, you do not get the effects of Renewal.

Glyphs only work on the spell immediately following the glyph. Glyph of Sacrifice would cancel out Glyph of Renewal and vice versa. So you would get the benefits of the last glyph you used.

Meteor Shower knocks down every 3 seconds.

I didn't ask how often it knocks down, I asked how long. If it knocks down for 2 seconds and you wear stoneskin gloves?

Sorry, I was a little confused since you worded it as if you had no idea how meteor shower worked.

seeing as you cant stack glyphs ( two or more for one spell ) you cant have renewal and sracrifice up at the same time

no, it doesn't, you cannot stack knockdowns, people that lay on the ground already when a knockdown skill hits them, will just get up after the knockdowntime from the skill that knocked them down expired, in other words, you cannot glue someone to the floor, you can however knock him down multiple times, each time shortly after he got up.

If you wanted to sync your knock-downs to keep monsters on the ground using meteor shower, you could. Providing you were well organised.

Im not sure many would bother.
