The stats are

+12 energy (req 10)
Armor +5 while enchanted
Improve casting speed of fire magic by 17%.

Wonder what the price is on this type of artifact.

my bro had the same skin and armor n all but 20% fire magic and sold for 80k - i'd say this is at least 10k
