PC on Crippling Short Sword Of Enchanting

Hey, just got this sword.



If you can't view the image, it's:

Slashing Damage 13-18 (req.6 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (While health is above 50%)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foe
Enchantments Last 20% Longer

or sell it in ascalon/yaks bend for cheap

And the Ench 20% will go for?.....

I saw 50k, but is that really true?

And how would i salvage it with 100% success? I don't want to lose it ya know!

Expert Salvage kit and pray. Also you'll find that you'll need to go lower to get a deal. 35-40k is suitable.
