A illusion rune would come in handy for you, and this is a very standard build for the rest. BTW, do you really need so much fst casting ( I don't think so)

no, but it helps incase i get the stupid hex that makes it take 100% longer.

Just a question. Why not bring blackout? I dont think IW recharge time is affected by it.. and it is useful for annoying monks.
