I just sold a scimitar with almost exact same mods on it:

15-22 (req. 10)
15% while hexed
-1/1
+4 armor vs elemental

I think i got 140 gold for it, sold it to the merchant. Thats about all its worth unless you can find someone desperate enough.

My sword has +17%, and +4 armor always...
I think I can get more than that...

try and expert salvage the zealous mod and sell it for 1.5k
the other mods are useless

while hexed sucks unless you like farming wind riders
