what do i need to do whit them i found these items on the last ascalon mission before you enter yaks bend and i want to know what do i do whit them.

Make sure you ID that second purple item first. Then, use an EXPERT salvage kit to salvage them.

Well you have obviously identified them so I don't have to tell you to do that. So go buy a Expert Salvage kit and use it on these 2 items. The water item stands a chance of giving you a rune. The other May give you a chance of a rare crafting material.
