heh, i did this about 2 weeks before the wintersday update. bought close to 5k charr carvings at about 5-10g each. then the update comes, resell them for 50g+ each, or save them and convert to "candy canes" making the carvings worth ~200g ea. judging from the original post's date, thats probably what he wanted them for
