DOMINATION
15 energy / 3 casting / 20 recharge
Backfire - For 10 seconds, whenever target foe casts a spell that foe takes 35-119 damage.
10 energy / ΒΌ casting / 15 recharge
Power Spike - If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and target foe takes 20-86 damage.
15 energy / 1 casting / 25 recharge
Shatter Enchantment- Remove an "Enchantment" from target foe. If an Enchantment is removed, that foe takes 14-83 damage.
10 energy / 2 casting / 20 recharge
Energy Burn - Target foe loses 4-9 Energy, and takes 8 damage for each point of Energy lost.
INSPIRATION
5 energy / 1 casting / 20 recharge
Energy Drain (E)- Steal 8-18 Energy from target foe.
5 energy / 2 casting / 8 recharge
Ether Feast - Target foe loses 5 Energy. You are healed 8-24 for each point of Energy lost.
ILLUSION
15 energy / 2 casting / 30 recharge
Arcane Echo - If you cast a "spell" in the next 10-26 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that spell for 20 seconds. Arcane Echo ends prematurely if you use a non-spell skill.
ELEMENTALIST GENERAL
5 energy / 1 casting / 30 recharge
Glyph of Lesser Energy - Your next spell costs 15 less Energy to cast.
The basic idea is to use the glyph to cast Arcane Echo rather then hardcasting it. This will allow you to use two spells back to back, given that you have the mana (which you will, if this is your first attack/move.) Anyway all of the spells work from great to well with Arcane Echo, of course you're going to use it for different spells based on the situation. You can even heal for quite a bit if need be!
By the way, the last change I made was switching power leak for Shatter Enchantment because I figure between E Drain, E Burn, and E Feast my foes are gonna be hurting for energy.

Ya I grabbed ele as my secondary because I felt the wards and the glyph had alot of potential with arcane echo. With this build you can double energy drain someone at a reduced mana cost, so you could go from empty to full really quick, and leave them wondering where their energy went. I like shatter hex alot also, but shatter enchantment is really useful. Still working on strats, but I like yours.
