Shout Suggestion: "Look Out!"

One of my guildies once confused the name of "Watch Yourself" with "Look Out!" and that brought me the idea that it could be a new shout that could work as some kind of anti-spike:
"Look Out!" cost: 5 Energy, recharge 15 (25?) seconds, cast time 0
For 2 seconds, allies in the area gain 25-50% damage reduction against all damage.
With the amount of spike all over the place, this would really bring balance to regular teams and spike teams...

Yeah the recharge is maybe too short... I don't know whether it should be for warrior only though, would probably work better on a ranger as they are supposed to have good perception of what's going on etc...
The damage reduction increases with attribute level.

This would be nice. I would suggest a longer recharge time, such as, 1 minute
.
A higher energy cost would be nice too.
But I think Aegis takes care of the spike job right?

I don't know for sure, but you were trying to say that you want to make it a ranger skill right?
anyway don't make it a ranger skill, shouts are for Warriors it should be a warrior skill. If it was a ranger skill, which attribute would it be. I mean Beast mastery is kind of strange, markmanschip too, wilderness too. Expertise would be the best attribute, but still a bit strange.

Probably make it under Tactics (Warrior), with 45s recharge. Everything else the same. An 8 player team can theoretically have this on 16/45s of the recharge time -- enough to counter most spikes when used perfectly. Couple that with a Life Barrier/Bond and the enemy team will have a lot on their hands to take care of.
So instead of energy based, I think it should be either Adrenaline based or else cost at least 10 energy.

if you want it to be anti-spike, make it more like prot spirit
"Look Out!" - Shout - 5e, 60r - for 5...10 seconds all nearby party members cannot suffer more than 10% damage from a single attack or spell. Attr: Tactics
