i did the quest that he gave me "vanguard Equipment", but he didnt have any other quests after that...

You have to be a Mesmer first off. Then you have to do the Vangaurd Equipment quest, and I think some otherones to unlock Fire In The East. But you will get it eventually. I personally think 7k is too low of a price for this item, seeing as how it takes 2 hours to get one. Just my 2 cents.

you dont need to be a mesmer because i went along with an ele to finish that quest, btw i got 2 now

I am currently selling them, I can get about 1 a day. However, I am putting an Insightful Staff Head on mine (+5 energy) and a Staff Wrapping of Fortitude (health +30), so mine cost a little more. I would ask for 40k for the staves I am building

well it still gives only +1 energy more when compared to morgiffs staff and doesnt have 10/10. If I were a trapper using a staff id take 10/10 over +1 energy anyday. Just my opinion

10/10 works on SKILLS

traps are not considered skills
hence why arcane echo doesnt work on traps
