well, wastrels worry is best used with some sort of shutdown skill so they dont use a skill, especially if you're targeting a monk. Use the search function and find what you're looking for...not for the direct build, but just an idea on how you can use skills together to achieve a particular goal. In that build above, i would add something like backfire to make wastrels worry more effective...but, who are you going to be targeting? monks? warriors?
You also need an elite. For this build, i would go with crippling anguish or migraine, depending on who you want to target. also, bring rez sig.
put ur remaining points in fast casting too.
but mainly, use the search button. I wont bother regurgitating the posts that have been posted many times.
