well... to get a PC we need more stats... -2/-2 stance, hexed, enchanted or % chance...?

around 100k polly a bit more

50-75k, too high req

hmmm i think mod or someone could do a genral PC on shields

seriously the value is 100k - I know I got a Tall Shield with same stats for sale:
