OK so lvl 20 got there most of my guild got there and now were just basically trying to kill in PvP but i was thinking what if guild wars you got to choose between being a human and a Char and you battled yes kinda like WoW but that would give you more things to do you can have raids in acalon and all that good stuff what do u think good......Bad.......????

Well, future expansions may include other races.
So far, after seeing that massive centaur town in the Bowl, I'm thinking Centaurs may become a playable race... but you never know... they may decide to make Charr playable/unlockable.

I think it would be nice if you could "unlock" some other races for PvP but only after reaching ascension. But they may do this in future expansions, who knows

I dunno, have you ever been to the northern part of Dragons Gullet? I swear, that mass army of hydras could be preparing for an invasion. :P
I do think new races could be a great and fun thing, just like the different skins on humans, but I'm going to put my vote in immediatly for only having the races be a cosmetic thing. No need to alter how classes are played and change the balance that's set up just so someone can be fuzzy.

it would be great to be a charr and kill some little ascalon guards.
but i think that every race that comes as expensions or updates.
need to have a class for there own like for charr fire-callers etc.

Well, from playing, it seems Fire-callers are the same as Elementalists that specialize in fire magic. Same skills and what-not, so the difference in a charr player would still be only cosmetic.

yes a have to agree with that but charr can have some skills as a fire-caller that elementalist cant get like fire aura so you can heal yourself with fire energy.

As long as the skills aren't groundbreaking. I'd hate to see Elementalists get screwed because the Charr Flame Callers get some disgustingly sick spell, and vice versa.

another idea whenever you play as a different race you get to know the other side of the storie.
like why did the charr invade ascalon, and why are the stone summit so harsh and cold.
this would bring more great storrys to the game.

I dunno, now that I think about storyline wise, I don't actually know if their going to be able to add extra races. Their planning a new expansion in what, 6 months I think? Will that be enough time to create a good story line involving the Charr side of the missions? I'd like to see them do this, and do it right, not just whip something out. I dunno, what do you guys think? Can they do it in time or no?

well if the story is going to be huge they wont make it but if the story isn,t that large thay may just do it.

I think it would be really cool to be able, in a future expansion, to have a spell in domination magic for MIND CONTROLLING an enemy, ala c&c red alert 2
