Studded leather Armor

Can anyone tell me where I get studded leather armor for my ranger, I have been to lions arch and beetletun and every place in between, ive also used the link in here for finding armor locations and its showing lions arch but its not there, is there only 1 armor guy in lions arch or am I missing something. anyway if someone could be so kind as to let me know where to find it id be gratefull. thank you for any help.
