Is there a collector with a 20/20 cast/recharge healing ankh or the +1 30 life ankh?

Hello,

Just wondering if there are collectors with the max 12 energy healing ankhs with the following mods:
1)
+20% recharge
+20% cast
2)
+1 skill(20% chance while using skills)
+30 life

If there are where can i find them, and what do they need in exchange?. Any help will be greatly apreciated. Thank you.

5 dessicated hydra claws for the 20:20 healing prayers ankh and the guy is outside destinys gorge near the teleporter

yea u can get the 20/20 above, but for eveything like that u need the Ultra deluxe rare gold

I'm also pretty sure that near the north entrace of snake dance, in a little side path there's a collector surrounded by trolls and giants. I'm not sure what he needs but I think he has the same item.
