Buying Armor/Health while enchanted Flame Artifact

I'm looking for a Flame Artifact with the following:

Energy +12
Armor +5 (while enchanted)
Health +45 (while enchanted)

Requirement doesn't matter. It's the stats of a PvP item so there might be a collector that trades for it but I've been unable to find it. If it's a few points lower in armor/health I'd still consider it if the price is reasonable.

doesnt the crafter in droknars give that?

Heh, for some reason the air, water, and earth artifacts at Droknar's Forge are all the +5/+45 variety, but the flame artifact is Fire Magic +1 and Health +30 (always).

I do got one with these statts I thought:
+12 energy
+44 health (while enchanted)
+6 armor (vs undead)
