"Buy it" is a bit vague for this 40% axe you guys are mentioning... do you mean this is purchasable easily somewhere or does one have to continually hunt in the trade channels for it? Do elaborate.

At this point if you go to any major trading district, someone will be spamming a 37-40% axe for an outrageous amount of money...and even more people will be spamming 'WTB axe grip enchant 18-20%.'

that's the axe they're talking about, but you don't NEED it haha.... what you would do is add two Axe enchant mods on it, and they'd stack
