I was just wonderin what I should do with this Bow

Vampiric Longbow of Enchanting
11-17 dmg (Req. 6 Mark)
Damage + 12% (Health below 50%)
Life Stealing: 2
Health Regeneration: -1
Enchanments last 12% longer

So should I try and Salvage for parts or sell it, if I should sell it how much?

Merchant, the mods are pretty much worthless.
