Is the price bigger when an item is unid.?

Bigger than? Unid will cost less than a good modded item and more that a bad modded item... Let's say you have a sword req 10, normal skin. You sell it unid for 8k, but if it turns out +15>50 then you could have sold it for more, if it turns out +12% while hexed for example it's merchant food.
