Will Nature rituals work with arcane echo or echo?

Since a nature ritual is neither a spell or a skill I am not sure.

I searched but found nothing.

Well, Nature ritual is a skill, they're ALL skills, but no it's not a spell. So Arcane Echo won't work. Echo should though. (I think)
