WTB 18-20% enchanting axe grip

i have an axe grip 19% enchanting..i will sell for 15k (5k less than guru).. and i've read that the only difference between a 19% and 20% is that a 20% will last 1 second longer on a 60 second enchant. Other than that they are the same. Thats just what i read...i can't say for sure if that information is accurate...but if it is this is a good offer.

And jgarcman027, you're off a lot. 19% on a 60s duration is around 10-11 extra seconds, while 20% is 12. The game engine rounds down, so you're always down 1s or more from a 1% difference of non perfect to perfect.
