Do All Major Runes Have Health Penalties?

The reason I ask is the other night I had a Warrior Rune of Major Absorption that did NOT say it had -50 health. I assumed it was just an omission, and I sold it for 1600g. Did I totally screw myself? Are there Major runes without health penalties?

Hmm last time i checked i do believe all major runes had health penalties

Only major or superior runes that boost an attribute have health penalties. Runes of Absorption and Vigor don't have any penalty, since they provide effects other than raising your attribute levels.
