a quest in old ascalon gives u this as a reward...fine...i put the upgrade on itbut this is wierd as hell...18 energy! coments?

Me too, but not everyone can get 10/10 staffs. So this one helps for all the newer trappers that may not have been as fortunate to find or rich enough to buy a 10/10 staff. Morgriff's Staff works, but then I don't get to have the +5 Energy.

bah, QZ and SQ. you don't need no 10/10 ;P (does 10% casting speed even effect traps?)

the quest is.. fires in the north? or maybe it's east..

18 energy is really conditional.
I would take any of the PvP staves anyday. 3 energy difference but atleast you don't need to worry about suddenly losing energy. Not to mention you get much higher damage (yes wand attacks can make a difference).

It makes a great trapper staff... the 18 energy isn't conditional... unless by conditional you mean you have to have it equipped.

lol its two handed, why dont you just get a regular 1 handed staff, and a +27 offhand. it will give you more enegry than this.

10/10 staffs don't affect traps.. And I think bowattacks also not affected...
