PC on max gold axe with perfect mods

Hello, I am pretty new to this game, and I have been told that this is a great find since it has perfect mods:

Max, gold, sickle.
damage +15% over 50% health
armor penetration +10%(10%chance)
health +30

So how much do you think it would be worth?

a max gold sickle??????
if u had a pic u would probably make some ppl here cream themselves
