Subject pretty much says it all. This only applies to the fashion-conscious PvPer, but I think it'd be kind of nice to have.
I'm not addicted to PvP or anything, but I'm already only 30k faction short of unlocking everything. Unlocking new armor/weapon models would give me and other peeps like me, if there are any that is, something to do with the excess faction. It doesn't hurt game balance either.
The dyes could be special dyes that only apply to PvP gear so as to avoid throwing the RP economy out of whack. Alternatively, extra dye colors like black and silver, possibly with a few dye mixes, could be unlocked for use during character creation. Or possibly just have one of those color chart thingies in Photoshop and the like that you could click on to dye gear instead of the limited selection currently available.

But we've had threads about this sort of thing before, and a lot of people just hate the idea. To hear them tell it, the whole thing is some kind of plot by PVP players to discredit PVE by taking away all the stuff that makes PVE characters special.
