One thing which irritates me a lot is that there is a 'Target Furthest Enemy' button, and there's a 'Target Closest Enemy' button, and the TFE button works so that if you press it twice you get the second-furthest enemy etc - but if you press the TCE button twice you still get the closest enemy.
As a mesmer and a ranger and a necro I pretty much every fight have reason to step through the enemies I'm fighting, and the only way to do that is with the mouse. Which is slow and damn difficult.
The last time I complained about this I got several replies saying there was a 'Target Next Closest Enemy' button - but which is it?
I can't find it.
I didn't get the quick reference card with my game, so if there is a button which lets you cycle through the enemies from closest to furthest, just like the one which lets you cycle from furthest to closest, PLEASE tell me which it is!
Target Second-Closest
Numa Pompilius
GW Doom
Numa, the easiest way to step through the enemies is to use the tab key. Target closest "C" and then hit tab to go to the next closest and so on. You can hit shift-tab to go backwards from farthest to closest if you are really dexterous.
DeanBB
Tab. Goes through all enemies.
Numa Pompilius
Doesn't work for me. I've reconfigured TAB to be RIGHT-CTRL, but surely that shouldn't matter?
OK, found the problem - I had assigned target next to SHIFT. GW then thinks I am permanently pressing SHIFT-ALT. Basically a bug.
