I envision a npc in towns that can be talked too, when the player does that , a listing for messageboard for available quests are open (with the players unfinished quests pre set as the visual ones), By clicking on a certan quest, access to a message channel for that specifc that quest ,would be given the player. Granting viewing and posting to all others in the same message channe, regardless of their current location/district.

This quest channel could be view from any city, through the use of that NPC.

This way a lot of grief, waiting and spam -might be minimized from the normal channels and partyforming seeking players...


Thus making the "regular town channels" more room for roleplay (for instance) and clutter
