i figured... so many threads about your worst this... your most unlucky that... i can contribute also!
write the worst CA group that ever spawned for you, and how you lost (won?).
ill start:
1. r/me (me, playing a spiker build)
2. w/mo
3. w/mo
4. w/mo
i figured it can't ne THAT bad... maybe one of them smites...
at the same time, they all started casting mending. it was so scary. all of them having that little symbol over their head, and me scrolling through them one by one, only to see mending on each of them. it was terrifying...
we came up against two monks (boon prot and smiter), a spiteful spirit necro and an illusion mesmer.
it was over so fast i could barely attack before i was the last standing. i can still recall them screaming "REZ U NOOB!!!".

against 3 ranger spikers and 1 trapper ranger
u can imaging which target they called first.
Now i died just after casting my attunes (they were using longbows) and the three W/Mo just attack the same target only dealing abt 10 dmg each hit. They each seperately tried rezing me but restore life isnt very practical when against 3 spikers with interupts. Well the warriors died after abt 40 secs of hit and heal and they all called me a noob for dying so early.
The funny thing is, they all claimed to be experienced and were using mending and restore life.

One time in CA my team was me and three monks. One monk said that we could never win and left. Another monk left without saying anything. Seeing the other two leave the last teammate left. My death was very quick

I think it's going to be a common trend that everyones worse CA team involved 3 W/Mo.I know mine - I was playing Mo/N boon prot. We got about 4 wins somehow, they were all talking with each other about how awesome their damage was etc, and at one time one of them said Sprint and Frenzy were useless... at which time I decided to jump in and was promptly told to shut up because I was a "noob monk".

We won once because I had dealt damage fast enough before I died and in the second match we lost. I was spamming that I was dead constantly to fill up there chat screen but I guess they were newbies or just stupid, carrying no rez sigs.

Well, I was the worst one ever, for a lark. I brought a sacrificing build and killed myself with a quick BiPping, then complained the whole time that the others were supposed to animate minions and rez me, and that it worked so much better with the necro I was with earlier.
Note: I'm not a jerk, I just figured it would make for some good storytelling, by someone, somewhere.

Why is it, when I play a caster of ANY kind, I’m usually on a team with all casters?
Why is it, when I play my warrior or my ranger, I usually end up on a team with all warriors and rangers?
I mean, I know it’s random and I shouldn’t complain; just my luck seems to head toward severely imbalanced teams.

The cant remember probably just left or got spiked out quick. The ele brought what seemed like all long cast time AoE's...He spent his 20 secs of life trying to Cast Metoer Shower and the like. I lasted awihle vs 3 of the opponent team, but was overpowered. Then the paladin runs over in the middle of taking fire from 4 guys, and trys to Restore Life me...

A couple of times I made theteam bad myself. Funny stories. I run 2 different bad boy builds when I'm bored.
FIRST:R/Me - Eoe Bomb Saccer
I put on armor with 4 sup runes in it.
Start the battle by putting up EoE.
Then kill myself with IoW (illusion of weakness).
Then watch the reactions. Sometimes if they dont comment I'd say something like "Man..This works alot better in Tombs".
SECOND: My fav - R/* - Spirit Spammer
I'd carry 5-6 Spirits, and defensive stances/troll for the rest. Spirits mostly include Nature's Renewel, Frozen Soil, Muddy Terrain, Quickening Zhepher, Edge of Extinction,Primal Echoes, Symbiotic Bond (only set if other team has pets), Winter (any combination of 6 of those).
Start the battle by casting all the spirits and just watch the reaction.
Sometimes I'd go into Team channel and and complain about how you are supposed to surprise the enemy and use the situations against them.
(My favorite reaction to the spirit one, was in 1 battle, where both teams refused to move on each other until I let the spirits drop - for 5 minutes my team sit at one side of the spirits and the other team sit at the other side of the spirits [just out of range]).
EDIT IN: to the guy above me, yes, when someone sacs themself it counts.

The best are sometimes the worst. I was once in a game where no one died for minutes, both teams were doing good, and there were clearly active with their skills on both sides.. but this got really boring so I finally left.
I suppose the real strategy would have been to identify the enemy's weak spot, but that would have required more coordination or something like teamspeak so I figured, leave it be. That's the only time I left a CA game before the end.

worst team was one that was so bad one person left before we even started, because that person left the other left, and because them 2 had left, the 3rd one left leaving me there, so i just left :/.

I do love it when the 55 monks (who should never be in pvp) get degenned quickly or stripped. They just waste everyone's time.......

I was in a group that had, 3 monks (of them me) and a mesmer. The fight lasted so long that the whole other team left and so did our mesmer. Then when we zone to the next fight we had got another monk on our team. We ended up winning 2 or 3 more fights by just boring them to death.

My worst ever CA team (well it's hard to pick I have had a few bad ones) there was an elementalist on our team who was wearing no armor. She then cast armor of earth and ran into the fight. So the rest of my team just fought on regardless, we lost, but the whole time this ele did nothing but cast armor of earth. She then told us it was the only skill she had in her bar...

Now the team doesnt look that bad, but the necro was lvl 8 and the mesmer was afk during the whole fight. And our W had fergot to change to his pvp build and was still using his runners build. We mapped to the desert arena and were against a team of 2 Paladins one monk and 1 mes. The necro died first, then i died and then the afk Me followed. The W then ran around the arena for abt 15 min (not joking). After that the other team decided to quit and we won. We were all mapped to another arena and we all left except for the afk mesmer and the W. I put the W on my friends list incase i ever need a drok run.

Now mind you this happened in CA about a month after the skills were nerfed. The match went something like this:
Waiting for gate to open.
E/MO: hey monk make sure you put as many enchants as you can on me
Mo/W: sorry I need the pips and the enchants for myself
E/MO: just do it I can do more dmg than you can
Mo/W: Noob, I can solo lvl 28's
E/MO: whatever noob.. this is PVP not PVE
Mo/W: guess you're not getting rez
W/R: Hey Malus you got Orders?
Me: No... I'm a curse build
Mo/W: I'm going to own these fools!
E/MO: not if i kill em first.
Match starts.... 55hp monk goes down fast after a Mesmer targets him. The E/MO goes down next (rend enchants). I try ressing the monk but of course w/ all those runes he can't be rez'd, didn't help he was callin us noobs for not ressing him. I try to res the Ele but I get killed in the process. Now the E/MO starts complaining to the monk that he should have just put the enchants on him. Now it's just the Iway soldier. He gets dropped by a FoC spiker on the other team. We lasted about 20 seconds.
When we got back to the district they were all griping. The Iway soldier was complaining about Necros who don't know how to play with teams and telling everyone to learn to bring team friendly skills. The Monk and El/Mo were still crapping on each other about who was more L337.
It was most amusing.

Soon thereafter, the necro quotes some line that sounded like it came out of Queen of the Damned then suicides with BiP followed by the ever popular "rez me!" quote. By this point in time we still have a good 10-12 seconds before the round even starts. Not being one who has patience for such faggotry, I too leave. Sadly, that W/Mo who didn't even get the chance to prove himself was stranded all alone with some dead necro-numbnut and 5-7 seconds on the timer before the round was to begin. Though I do feel bad for him, I'm not about to waste my time with that kind of crap.

My team quit on me, thats my worst CA group, which turned out to be my best match I ever played. 4 v 1, im Illusion/Insp Mesmer, all I did was use mantra of persistence and degened them to death with conjure phan and some more dgen and to keep them away from me with crip anguish, and also phantom pain. Degened them all... god I wish I took an SS.

Funniest thing was, when I got 14 consecutive wins on my monk, my whole group was w/e w/n and w. The pure tank was damage and the other 2 KD. Smart tanks own probably anything up to a mesmer ^_^

Oh...and as for 55 HP Monk/Necro. I run vamp touch ranger all the time and it's so funny to leech them once and they are dead. LOL
