new here, build suggestions

hey all, im new here and also semi-new to the game. upon reaching 20 and unlocking skills im trying to toy around with a degen build. my first question is do same conditions stack. i.e. 2 bleeds or 2 poisons, i know that poison+bleed+disease+burning, etc can stack.


*i made this assuming that bleeds, poisons, diseases can stack with each other.
can you critique this build:

Ranger/Nec

1. Read the Wind
2. Rotting Flesh (10-22s), 15en, 3at, 3rt
3. Poison Arrow
4. Life Siphon (12-22s) 1-3 health degen, leech 1-3 regen, 10en, 2at, 2rt
5. Tiger's Fury
6. Hunter's Shot
7. Parasitic Bond (20s) 1 health degen, leech 30-102 after duration, 5en, 1at, 2rt
8. Hunter's Shot
9. Flame Trap
10. Barbed Trap yah u did found a new build... how to die as quiickly as possible... man.. I dun even understand what the build is... like massiv health degen? u'd rather use that owning nec hex that thos f*ckin gothics always use when u try getting in the UW.. (PvP)

(PvP) well i dont understand you, so fair trade. anyways, its a group PVP mass degen build. and my first question was can you stack multiple conditions of the same condition. I.E. 2 bleeds. thats what im trying to aim for. throw as much possible degen on 1 target while having the group DD it to death.
