Ar 10+ , req 5 or less of either attrib
other mods (even a clean will do)

pls, no quest shields.

will pay quite a bit for a Defender or Tower Shield, especially if its got a -dmg %.

bump, i will pay 10k for a armor 9+ any req shield with -1 dmg ench. or, i will pay 15k in postsearing if you dont want the gold in presearing.

easy to get 10k if ya got the time lol. i had 23k when i left
had a shield with -2dmg 10% but sold that to merchant when i left pre

and um, how long did you stay in pre sear to get 20k?
i know im in and out of pre sear asap, lol
