Does poison dmg stack with bleed dmg stack with magic dot?
does more bleed dmg stack with previous bleed dmg, same with poison?

Not exactly, though yes, the three versions of degeneration stack together
IE: A bleed, a Poison, and a Health Degen (IE: Necro or Mesmer spell) stack together, leading up to a decent amount of DOT
HOWEVER.
Multiple instances of the same type of DOT do not seem to stack. So if you cast a second phantasm or a necro casts a degen spell on the same creature, you dont get even more.
To be honest, in this case I am not sure which takes precidence: The higher degen amount or the last cast.
Anyone have a definitive anwser on that?

Two people can Life siphon the same badguy though - doesn't boost the degeneration, but they both get life out of it.
They all stack to a maximum of -10 degeneration. I believe they stack beyond that, just that -10 is the maximum the player will degenerate, so you can stack -16 on a guy and he'll have -10 degen; if he is then given a 7 arrow Healing Breeze he's at -9 degeneration.
