Is this gold? Im guessing not if merchant price is that low...never seen a gold with that low of a value.

it is purple. I've never gotten these items before so I'm wondering if they're useful to any. Also I heard + nrg - nrg regen are useful to some people. I guess not :/

Well the value of this is whatever the merchant gives, they are useful but I think only when they are max.
