Someone else claimed they found a blue fiery dragonsword. (cold in this case)
I really have no idea, it's either photoshopped or a 'one off' drop that's extremely rare to get.

It appears to be a collector/crafted item, as dropped items can never be blue and 15>50% at the same time.

Investigation here I come
