Attribute Points

Where can I get the extra 30 attribute points that I can't get by leveling?

The first one you get from someone name Anelle Fipps (forgive me if it is marginally different) in destinys gorge. Upon getting it you go to the guy she says visit and get another quest. You follow his instructions to get the 15 attribute point reward. The second you get from Vanyi in droknars forge after you have ascended and done her quest where you visit all 3 desert towns. It is easiest to start from copperhammer mines, when you exit you will see Sanyi. You must kill 2-3 mragga spawns in order for her to turn into a boss which you must also kill. Once completed, you may return to Vanyi in Droknars for the 15 attribute points. You must be ascended to get the one from Vanyi, but not the one from Fipps.

Do a search for "attribute points" (search titles only) and you'll have the answer(s). Plenty of answers.

for the 2nd one, you have to do one of the Path quests

Ok, I found Sillis Yasith, but I can't find a way to walk up to where he is, I've walked around the little platform hes on like 100 times.

It's so easy you're going to smack yourself ...

If you go to the east side of the plateau he's standing on, you should see a "bridge" heading over from the platform to your east. All you need to do is walk around southeast, up onto the platform, and cross the bridge to Sliss.
