Yanman's builds
The following builds are "created" by me, often with inspiration of what i saw in tombs, CA or forums.
You can Rate, Rant and Rebuild whatever you like, I'd like to get a second opinion.
*for all build=> superior vigor ( duh )*
Interupters:
Name: You Are Shut Down
Prof: R/Me
Suited for anywhere where you need interrupts
Attributes:
5 inspiration
6+1 beast mastery
10+1+3 expertise
3+1 wilderness survival
12+1 marksmanship
Sundering shortbow of fortitude/Sundering longbow of fortitude (both stanced)
SKill:
Incendiary Arrows (E)
Concussion Shot
Savage Shot
Distracting Shot
Leech signet
Power drain
Tiger's fury
Res signet
With this build, I can keep E's, Me's and N's from casting about 80% of the time. Monks are harder, especially prot monks, so it is pure skill and feeling there
Why this build? It has good energy management combined with great interrupts:
Free interupts during 8 seconds for 5 energy every 24 seconds ( incendiary arrows )
Tiger's fury enchances the speed you can fire with, thus more interupts
When incend is down, alternate with savage and distracting shot.
If you're running low on energy, use leech signet and power drain.
When you see someone casting a long duration spell and you know you're going to interupt him...CONCUSSION SHOT it's so great..actually the cost is nothing compared to you energy savings afterword ( i know dazed will be removed yadayadayada )
Then just use TF again to interrupt him as much as possible
------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Boy You Can Cast!... NOT!
Prof: R/Me
Again, suited anywhere, might be handy in tombs, but not quite as good in solo-interrupt and damage as my other build
Attributes:
7 Illusion
6+1 beast mastery
11+1+3 expertise
11+1 marksmanship
Sundering shortbow of fortitude/Sundering longbow of fortitude (both stanced)
Skils:
Arcane Conundrum
Fevered Dreams (E) ( or Punishing shot )
Concussion shot
Distracting shot
Savage shot
Read the wind
Tiger's fury
Res signet
My idea was to spread dazed, but i realise it is far too conditional to actually let it work.
Still, this is a good build for starters, arcane conundrum will make your life a little easier..but it will make a caster's life a living hell. >insert evil laugh<

-------------------------------------------------------------
Melee
Name: Yanman's modded thumper bunnies
Name: Blower ( you'll see)
Prof: R/w
Suited anywhere, not pve though
Attributes:
12 hammer mastery
6+1 beast mastery
11+1+1 expertise
Sundering hammer of fortitude (stance )/ sundering hammer of fortitude ( 15below50
Skills:
Backbreaker(E)
Hammer bash
Crushing blow
Irresistible Blow
Distracting blow
Wild Blow
Tiger's fury
Res signet
This is my most 'spike' damage thumper
Basically you can start off with this combo:
backbreaker, crushing blow, hammer bash, wild blow, irresistible blow ( distracting blow for interupts )
this is easily close to 300 dmg, count the deep wound...and GG victim
Good energy management ( 13 expertise ) and i don't rely on conditions alot ( unlike other r/w's)
If you're desperate for speed boosts, take escape instead of backbreaker
----------------------------------------------------------------
Secondary skillset:
Furious instead of sundering
Crude swing
earthshaker
crushing blow
irresistible blow
hammer bash
for great justice
tiger's fury
res signet
Basically, healing ball pwnage...FGJ and crudeswing will load earthshaker fast, resulting if fast kd's, but less dmg.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Trapper
Name: Antisocial solo trapper
Prof: R/W
Suited for CA solo only
Attributes:
10 Tactics
10+ 1 expertise
11+ 1 + 3 wilderness survival
Weaponry: Axe or sword of fortitude, Tactics shield ( stanced)
SKills:
Dust trap
Barbed trap
flame trap
Victory is mine ( E )
Troll unguent
Dryder's defenses
Shield stance
WHirling defense
Yup that's right..no res signet..you'll do the killing on your own
At the start of the battle, place traps, and be sure no to get targeted
Then, when your party dies...they're coming for YOU.so what do you do? lure them nito your traps
Put up your stances to avoid interruption
Troll ungeunt for healing
If they dare to get too close...Victory Is Mine! and BAM back full energy and healt
It takes some skill, but after a while you'll be able to beat parties without:
A good interrupter
Wild BLow
Kd
or basically too much ranged dmg for troll unguent
You'll own w/mo's though
*note for social types* Dryder's defenses *can* be swapped out for res signet.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Infinite resmer
Prof: Me/Mo
Suited for minion factories ( saccers MUST have 105 hp = 5 sup runes, no health boost)
Attributes:
12 + 1 + 3 Fastcasting
12 + 1 inspiration
3 Healing prayers
Take the holy rod with casting speed improvement and healing ankh casting speed improvement
SKills:
Restore life
Energy tap
Mantra of Recall
Leech signet
Drain enchantment
Mantra of resolve
Vengeance
Res signet
Use mantra of recall all the time, whenever it recharges..it will provide enough energy by itself for infinite ressing..without energy stealing
Vengeance when you need to move your saccer ( res signet too )
Basically just click your saccer, restore life, rinse&repeat
The other spells are debuffs and other energy management.
mantra of resolve incase you encounter interrupts

------------------------------------------------------------ Tired, but i'll make a few remarks since you asked for it.
- sundering.....please don't. it translates to 1% armorpenetration every shot. not really worth the stringslot. take a vamp string if you want to dish out more pain, or another string. just don't fall for the sundering trap every player seems to fall for.
- concussion shot is an expensive skill. as such, Might want to consider to increase chances it hits. a migraine or arcane conudrum could do this. else use sparingly and only when you know you'll land it in time (long cast spells, at least 2 secs).
- i'm counting 5 attributes. you're spread out all over the place.
I'll leave further comments to others.

i know i don't like spreading out attributes too..max 3
but these are left overs really
if you count good, the 4 of wilderness and 5 of inspiration are worth lowering marksmanship
conc shot is expensive, that's why you should only use it when you know it'll hit..takes training AND patience
i wish there was a dazing string ^^ ..i guess you can take vamp as secondary

What Makkert said, and:
-Leech Signet and Power Drain aren't worth it, in my opinion. Their recharges are way too long, and your energy should be fine without. I would drop Leech Signet for Signet of Weariness and drop Power Drain for Debilitating Shot. These two combined give you some nasty e-denial along with your interrupts.
-Armor grips are generally considered better than health grips.
-Why 13 Marksmanship?
-I beleive four and eight are the breakpoints for Tiger's Fury. Anything else is a waste of points.

fallot
Some of these builds I just cant see working, the interrupter would work in an organized team but would have to forego Incendiary Arrows which IMHO is a horrible skill. After you ditch that ability, interrupting becomes more a question of how fast your arrows reach the target rather than how quickly you fire them. Favorable Winds should do the trick there so you can forego BM completely. In CA, this build wouldnt work at all, you arent self sufficient enough to survive.
Your thumper is also confusing. If you are investing in BM, why not bring a pet with Ferocious Strike and/or Disrupting Lunge ? Thats free adrenaline, energy and a spammable interrupt right there.

i know about the ferocious strike and disrtuping lunge technique, but i don't like to waste a skill slot on charm animal, even comfort animal...
and leech signet and power drain is when your arrows get block alot, and really need an interrupt
fallot:interrupting becomes more a question of how fast your arrows reach the target rather than how quickly you fire them.
~~it doesn't matter..TF will make you fire more arrows during those 8 seconds, thus more interrupts..i don't care how fast they fly...it's a free random interrupt
