Thx guy. Yes. Icy Dragon Swords drop from Ice Imps in Mineral Springs outside and inside the cave in the north east corner. No offical confirmation as to why, but they are dropping. I've got 2 now. Xmas thing maybe. They are like crafter/collector items, blue req 9 15^50.
