My guess is the Permissions need to be set better.

I'll look into it now. Thanks.

I would like to know if there is a way to change a feedback on an auction trade?

Users are typically asked to exhaust all other possibilities prior to leaving feedback. If a user requests a change of feedback left for another party, that is possible on a case by case basis. That is to say, please do not get used to me changing every single feedback you leave.
If a user requests that feedback left by another party is edited/removed, this matter typically requires substantial background information and proof of some kind, e.g. screenshots. A complaint against feedback always results in a full review of both involved accounts, so if there is a legitimate reason for the complaint, appropriate action will be taken.
However, I would like to be very clear about this as I constantly receive requests for the removal of negative feedback. I am not going to censor legitimate opinions voiced in feedback other than editing out swearing. If you want me to overrule (i.e. remove) negative feedback, I need as much background information and proof as possible in order to even consider it.
