so is -10 armour while attacking a "better" penalty than -5 energy for +15 always melee weapons for warriors?

until the aoe nerf, i would've thought so myself as i used balthazar's aura in my solo farming build (yea, big surprise eh?), and even in full glad's armour, the -5 energy would cripple this spell. most of my other attack skills are all adrenaline skills anyway, so it appears now that -5 energy is a more desirable penalty than -10 armour. even shield of judgment as a replacement for bal's aura uses less energy, so -5 really is nothing if you're decked out in (almost) full glad's armour, which i imagine most warriors are.

so would a fellblade with +15/-5 actually sell for more or less than a +15/-10?

15/-5 would sell for more, my earlier PC might have been too high there is a 15/-10 selling on forums and its only up to 180k or so

Well as I see it is the job of the warrior is to be able to take damage, so -10 armor wouldnt be as benifital as -5 energy imo... I still think it can sell for 500k if it had perfect mods.

i think -5 energy is better that -10 armor, since lots of war attack skills req adrene instead of energy
ill give u 5k if u salvage the hilt

thanks for the pc's guys. listed it last night before i went to bed with a b/o of 650k and this morning it was already snapped up for b/o.

-5 energy is a more desirable penalty for a sword tank since swords have plenty of adrenelin based skills. -10 armor is bad for party main tanks since they have to get up close and personal with many hard-hitting melee mobs.

Either way, congratz on the quick sale

-5 energy is best for any pvp because most warriors use up all their energy and run off regen.

-10 armor i best for HoH/GvG because warriors arent large targets, and if a warriors being attacked his team or his opponents team has already lost (cept for IWAY)

-5 energy best for PvE because -10 armor is bad for tanks.
