That's going to be tricky to sell. To many people, it's crap, but to a Monk that uses necro skills, or vica versa, it's brilliant.

besides the mediocre requirement, its a good weapon...9/19 is nothing to sneeze at, especially on a cesta

well most monks in pvp dont attack, so the mods alone put those at 40k+ imo
