Two Suggestions/Questions

I was mainly wondering, where or why there is not a recruitment forum. I'm after a guild, but... no place to look for one.

Also, I was wondering about the possibility of splitting the Build forum into PvP and PvE sections, or at least adding a "PvP Group" build area for ideas on class combinations.
