Weapon choice for 55 monk, need some opinions here

I recently found this sword in pre-searing. I have a +20% Enchanting upgrade, and was thinking about using it on this sword.

The reason I was considering doing so is the sword mods. I have heard of a sword that was craftable/collector and gave improved skill recharge, but cannot find it.

Basically my question is, would it be better to use a sword w/ no requirement such as this one, or use a sword that I do not meet the requirements for. I really dont want to waste the points to have a req 9 sword, but would it be worth the points for a craftable req 6 or 3 sword? Or should I just use the one I have and forget about the damage?

There is a collectors axe with 10% recharge in the Pockmark Flats. If you can afford a Henge of Denravi sword, those are also nice.

Yea, I tried to find that guy, but had a hell of a time. Was wondeing if he's still there. Is there any chance that anyone has a screen pic of his location?

There's a collector right outside Nolani that has a fire wand with +5 energy always. No req. needed for it. Three Charr carvings to get it. Otherwise get the HoD sword and add that 20% pommel.

The collector is located directly east from Fort Rurik in a corner by a broken building if that helps.

The collector for the axe needs 3 enchanted lodestones i believe

smite wand. improves skill recharge on smite skills 20%. collector in forge.
