Crap - I didn't see that it was a SUMMIT axe.

This is worth around 150K, and possibly in excess of 200K because of the good requirement.

These axes sell for 150k IF they have perfect mods...if you try to sell this for 150k in lions arch then who ever will ask to buy/see it will offer less so they can buy the mods themselves...dont bother upgrading it since you can probaly still get 100-120k.

Put it up for auction.. be my quest..
I had the same axe a while back.. Only difference was the dmg mod..
Mine was 15% enchanting..

I struggeled for weeks to sell it.. If u put it up for auction let me know plz
