I got a require 8 strength Defender
16 armor
+24 health while in stance

I think this would be a good shield for someone who has either lower then 8 in tactics or no tactics on their warrior.

Can I get a price check on what this item is worth?

About 2K. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a second mod and the health bonus is really low compared to other bonuses.
