Sundering Fellblade of Defense +14-10

I got this sword from a chest in Grenths Footprint and am wondering what the value may be and also what should be done to improve the value. I like that it has the +5 armor, considering that you lose 10 while attacking, but should I upgrade the sundering to perfect or go another with another mod altogether? Thank you for your time.

Damage 15-22 (req. 10)
Damage +14%
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Armor Penetration 10% (Chance 8%)
Armor +5

i dont think you shoudl mod it, it is good as-is, pry get around 60-70k for it, so yea, a 50k hilt woul not be worth it
